Rrom wherever you are in Izu Kogen you can see the figure of Mount Omuro with the silhouette of the gentle soft curve like a bowl upside down. It’s a dormant volcano which has a conical crater of 300m in diameter toward the summit of 580m above sea level, it is covered entirely by saw grass.
