01
After passing through the thick virgin forest of the Manazuru Peninsula, there spreads the magnificent view of Manazuru-misaki Cape.I parked my car at the parking lot in front of Manazuru Shell Museum, and went to the shore of Mitsuishi-Kaigan.

04

05
After passing through the lawn of the museum, the remains of fortress (battery) of Bakumatsu period popped into my view.

06
The altitude of the area is about 60 meters, a suitable height for building a battery upon.

The view from this hill is amazing.!

07

08
From here, I went down the very steep stairs to reach the Mitsuishi shore.

09

10
At the foot area of the hill, spreads an area with countless stones and pebbles scattered all over the place far stretched to the Mitsuishi area.

11
Although it was a windy day, strong wind blows across the area, I saw several people who were not afraid of the cold weather came to the shore to pick up shells.

12
After enjoyed the scenery of Manazuru-misaki Cape, I went back home just found my legs heavy and rigid the next day thanks to the very steep stairs.
