Zen meditation can help maintain the health of both your mind and your physical body. Please come and practice Zen meditation at the tranquil space of traditional temples for a full refresh from the daily life.

Sunday, May 4 at Fukusenji Temple
Monday, May 5 at Joganji Temple
Sunday, May 11 at Kichijoin Temple
Sunday, May 18 at Joganji Temple
Monday, May 19 at Kichijoin Temple
Sunday, June 1 at Joganji Temple
Sunday, June 8 at Kichijoin Temple
Monday, June 9 at Joganji Temple
Monday, June 16 at Fukusenji Temple
Sunday, June 22 at Fukusenji Temple
Sunday, July 6 at Kichijoin Temple
