Firefly Viewing Night 2014 at Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace

Please come to Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace for a wonderful night of firefly viewing, the viewing place takes only one minute walk from the parking lot make it very convenient to visit.

As an annual event, the Firefly Viewing Night will be held at Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace this year.

There will be light illumination during the festival.

It is a time limited special event. Please come and enjoy the beautiful scenes created by fireflies.

・You can enjoy the beautiful night scenes all created by natural wild fireflies.
(Due to all fireflies are born and live in wild, it can not be viewed under certain weather conditions.)
・Please don’t make any noise while viewing the fireflies.
・Please refer to the the detailed map printed on the back side of the flyer.
・We are now preparing a flyer for the event, will have it released soon.

We hope you will come and enjoy the event.

* This year, there will be no other events except only the firefly night viewing.

Getting there By car
30 minutes from Shin-Tomei Nagaizumi Numazu IC, Tomei Numazu IC via IZU-JUKAN EXPRESSWAYBy train
Transfer at JR Mishima Station, get off at Izu-Nagaoka Station of Sunzu Line via Izu-Hakone-Tetsudao railway, from there take a taxi for 5 minutes (1.9km), or rent-a-cycle for 10 minutes, or walk for 23 minutes.
