A magnificent view of 3 million narcissus flowers with enticing fragrances
There is a vast wild narcissus habitat at Tsumekizaki, a famous scenery of Suzaki Peninsula. Every year during the flowering seasons, a scale of 3 million narcissuses burst into flowers with sweet fragrances drifting around the place as a sign of spring approaching.
The peak flowering season is from early January to mid-February. The local community holds a Narcissus Festival every year during the season. The festival attracts a great number of visitors each year with many joyful events.
There is a bloom sequence of the flower, for example, some place is in full blossom while other places are only 30% blossom, this sequence extends the flower season to a very long period that can be enjoyed for a long time.
