The place I visited today was a garden full of flowers

… which is Odawara Flower Garden!

I just felt like I want to see flowers.

When I entered, the first thing I saw were roses.

When I walk the rose garden it feels like you are totally in the world of the fairy tale written by Andersen.

Though it seems that the peak season has over weeks ago still blooming admirably.

I remembered the rose which appears in “the petit prince” for some reason.

There are more than 100 kinds!

This purple flower is called African lily. Light purple is very clean.

There is plum garden called “Bairin of the mountain stream”, but unfortunately it is not the season yet because it’s summer now.

I’m sure it will be beautiful at the time of full bloom.

“A dancing fountain” opens during summer vacation. Children play happily.

In this main facility “tropical dome greenhouse,” of 22 meters high, a lot of tropical plants are planted inside.

Hibiscus, Heliconie, Begonia, Vanda, Strelitzia are in full bloom now.

There are fruit trees such as starfruit, mango, a papaya, lianwu and the banana.

I did the tasting of the mango earlier and was really good!

I love papayas, but this is the first time that I actually look at the tree of papaya.

This red fruit is called lianwu. Have you ever eat it?

It is the best to spend time in the tropical mood while eating ice creams in terrace on the second-floor.

When a plum blooms, I’d like to come again . .
